If this is your first time brewing mead, then this is a good book for you. It goes over the basics very well. If you’ve already brewed mead, or are less of a stickler for sterility than the author is, you may want to check something else out… All in all though, this book definitely has some good information that you can take with you into your brewing explorations, plus a couple of nice recipes.
